The Cosiest Women’s Pyjamas for Christmas 2022

There are so many cute pyjama sets available for snuggling up this Christmas. I was inspired to put together this post after buying this Cosy Home Christmas pair for myself in Sainsbury’s.

There are many more sets on offer, with the full range of Sainsbury’s women’s pyjamas linked here.

My next pick of pyjamas is from George at Asda. I absolutely love the ‘traditional Christmas’ red and green tartan jammies, but I have my eye on the Navy Snow Globe print pair to buy for myself. They also have Elf themed sleepwear, as their Christmas Ad features scenes from the UK’s official favourite festive movie.

If you are looking for matching family sets of sleepwear, you can also buy them at George, and they have a Black Friday deal currently where you get 20% off if you spend £25 or more.

If it’s matching family jammies you are after, there’s a very cute Disney set available on Amazon in sizes for all the family.

They also have matching Grinch ‘Merry Grinchmas’ pyjamas, and Festive Dinosaur Family Pyjamas, with a set that will fit your doggy too!

5 Unusual Advent Calendars for Christmas 2022

I love advent calendars for grown-ups, the crazier the better, so I’ve gathered together a selection of the most unusual that Amazon has to offer.

First is the Chuckling Cheese Advent Calendar, with 24 windows of flavours like chive, Mexican chilli, caramelised onion, and best of all Christmas pudding flavour! They even have mini six jars of chutney, and six of crackers (the edible kind).

Foodies will also love the Herbs & Spices Advent Calendar, with 24 different tastes from around the world. There’s a garlic lover’s steak rub, Smokey salt, lemon salt, and pizza seasoning, plus many more. Great for spicing up the turkey leftovers, and experimenting with new flavours into January 2023.

Looking ahead to the new year again, how about this Gardener’s Seed Advent Calendar, for the green fingered among us? It has 24 varieties of seeds with just about every vegetable you could imagine to set you up for your own little edible garden. It’s a calendar you can enjoy the year through, planting early in 2023 and reaping the rewards in summer and autumn.

The next one is a theme I haven’t seen in years before, a puzzle advent calendar! The Hidden Games Professor Charlie’s World Tour Advent Calendar will keep you amused throughout December. With clues hidden in daily letters, you and the family have to solve his disappearance. Suitable for ages 14 and up, I think this is a very clever idea for the countdown to Christmas.

Lastly, this one I just adore! The Coppenrath Vintage Gramophone Advent Calendar. Made in Germany, this completely unique gift is a pocket-sized gramaphone, with 24 little discs for every day until Christmas Eve. The vinyls are of course, Christmas songs, and would be a beautiful decoration to bring out yearly and make part of your family’s holiday tradition.

Die Hard Advent Calendar, Hans Gruber Falling From Nakatomi Plaza Christmas Countdown

We all agree that Die Hard IS a Christmas movie, and what a way to countdown to the special day than with the Die Hard Wooden Advent Calendar!

For just £9.99 (& free postage!) on Amazon you can own your own delightful diorama of Nakatomi Tower, and move a falling Hans Gruber down the building as you near Christmas Day.

I love gifting advent calendars, with beauty items or scented candles, and always have one for myself, but this one I just had to have as a returning yearly decoration.
